I love these tips. All very helpful from the people who ought to know. I think when entrepreneurs think of marketing too often they don't think of it broadly enough. Certainly customer service is a kind of marketing and so are many other things about the way you design and sell your product. It doesn't have to be all about big advertising budgets and marketing campaigns.
