Thanks Yoni. Yeah. I think answering why would someone buy my product? (or service) and thinking about that very carefully can tell you a lot.

Great advice all around. I think differentiating yourself is the most important. As you say, there are 100s or 1000s of others in search results. You have to be differents, have your "Shtick"as the Yiddish expression goes.

It can be appearance, personality, humor, anything. The basis of trust and reliability has to be there, but once that is in place, you need something to stand out from the crowd.
