Interesting post Harleena. Conduct a customer survey on your blog once in a while is very necessary because, it will help you to know which part of your business needs adjustment. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.

Yes indeed, blog surveys are required once a year ideally, or else once in a while as you mentioned so that you are clear about the direction to take your blog to and make the required adjustments.
