Love this one Jenn, I find it hard not to be who I am as a brand. It would be confusing and had to remember if I had to be someone else for the brand too :)

I agree Lisa! I can't imagine being someone else. But I see it all too frequently. The biggest problem is when companies let "other" people (interns, outsourced agencies, etc) manage their social media without understanding the company's voice, personality, and mission. Agencies and employees can do great things for companies if they know how they are expected to convey the company.
