It’s every online marketers dream to ‘go viral’ and find that sweet spot that makes the internet population hit the share button over and over again. According to Jonah Berger, a marketing professor at the University of Pennsylvania, there’s a science to viral posts which can be identified by six key drivers. Under the acronym STEPPS, he sets out what elements must be present for content to be shared.
