I suspect social networking may in part be to blame, but I also wonder how much this has to do with the fact that we can no longer concentrate on just one thing. Multi-tasking has taken the world by storm with teenagers leading the way.

I've been noticing considerably more writing errors in books, on websites, and in marketing collateral, and I can't help but wonder how our haste and lack of attention affects business.
