Be original and write something different for each social media platform you are on. If you have followers that follow you on each medium you're on they don't want to have to keep reading the same thing each place.

That's true. But, I've noticed that most of my market actually resides on Facebook rather than Twitter. However, I prefer Twitter over FB as I find it much easier to use and it seems more social to me. Twitter has been working well for organically building my following and engaging them there so I'll be sticking with Twitter for the time being.

You've made some great points here. I only use one platform (Twitter) and I've got my syndication features off. I'd prefer only keeping up with one platform anyway. Thanks for sharing your insights with us.

You're welcome Ti. There's nothing wrong with using one platform as long as your target market is on it. I started with Twitter then branched out to others.
