Hi Rick,

I'm glad you wrote this post because I was just wondering the same thing... I've gotten several of these followers over the past month or so and was amazed to see how many followers *they* had- many more than me ;)

Personally, I don't follow someone back unless there's a real-looking picture,a listed, non-spammy website, some tweet activity, and... the person actually looks like someone I would want to follow.
