There comes a point in your business or life when you have to decide if you’re going to hangout by the water cooler with people who are also talking about why they can’t get ahead – or do the hard work that will make you a Linchpin in your office or in your industry.

Shane: I say that social media is easy in my post, The ABC Rule for a New Media POST Plan. The only thing you have to do to is to think. The problem is that many business leaders don't know how to think in a rational way due to the brainwashing campaign from mainstream media and bad ideas in academia. My vision is a second Renaissance. My goal is to spread better ideas on business philosophy and new media.

There is absolutely nothing that is so easy in life and, social media is certainly not exceptional. Before you can achieve anything good, you must be ready to work your ass off and do all that is required of you. If you do everything right then, you will achieve success. It's all about a choice.
