Social media attitude determines success

Success in social media is, in large part, about attitude. To grossly oversimplify, if you have a negative attitude about social media and/or you are wildly introverted, there’s a good chance you’ll suck at social media.

Completely agree with you on this! As with most things in life, your attitude is a big factor in determining what level of success you achieve so why should social media be any different. Secondly, you've got to really describe what success looks like and devise a strategy and plan. Many businesses bring a bad attitude and have no plan and then complain when they don't succeed, strange! :)
