I talk about small business Internet marketing more than anything else since a lot of people that I know are small business people. That’s why I blog about their experiences and their issues because these people are often viewed as the backbone of any true economic recovery that might take place.

Thanks for a good post. I think you touched on a problem that you will hear more about. The time it takes to successfully use social media to build your business. Once more companies start using social media they realize the time involved to do it right and generate business is much more than they expected. This will lead companies to either hire an internal resource or farm out their social media strategy. For small businesses, farming it out may be a great solution as long as they understand they need to stay involved as well in order to keep the genuine feel customers look for.
