Great advice from Melissa! For many companies, the problem remains that they fear social media and then foolishly attempt to ignore it rather than prepare as outlined in this post. Your Response Strategy is critical to ensure that people respond in a calm planned manner, rather than in a reactive way. If you study most social media horror stories, It's clear that there was no plan in place.
