Hi Mike,

I think the issue many small businesses struggle with when it comes to Facebook and so many other social media platforms is figuring out how to truly measure this ROI. Yes, we all instinctively know these channels help our business, but how much, and how much of my time should I invest? Thanks for participating on the BizSugar community.
