No, it is not the end for small business on Facebook, but it could be tough for some time. Get your fans and customers to continue the conversation on your own hub, e.g., your blog.

I think that SMBs still have a fighting chance. I think that if they focus more on getting their social following on an email list rather than trying to directly engage them on FB, they'll fair better.
