It’s not that uncommon anymore to see social media accounts being run by more than one person. It even seemed to be frowned upon not too long ago, but that is quickly changing for the greater good in most cases. This strategy of having multiple people on a social media account only works in a good way if the team you have assembled actually takes the time to have conversations with people and are not just extra help to product push. I think the biggest thing that turns many people away from connecting with a business on social media is the fact that most people want to know who they are talking to and a lot times that is not clear when you have more then one person running the account.
