I have put a detailed comment on post...

It would be wrong to generalize whether use of hashtags is useful or not in facebook. it depends upon your business and post.

Aside to that - somehow in my opinion if i read a post that uses more than 1 hashtag, (FB or twitter or what ever), some how i get the feeling that effort is more to impress search engine then the user. At times it gets distracting to get the gist of the message if used in excess( i saw this mentioned in above post).
