How do you create a short and simple social media policy? How is a social media policy compared with a communication guideline? I discussed this topic in talk a year ago. I showed best practices from IBM, Coca-Cola and the Royal Library in Stockholm, Sweden. K.I.S.S is the way to go according to my view. Focus on the opportunities, but be also aware of the potential threats.
