Thanks. I think Dell (https://plus.google.com/+Dell/posts) is a good example of a company that's using Google+ well. In addition to their main G+ page, they maintain a number of niche communities and monitor them pretty closely (including deleting posts--even from their own employees--who violate no-advertising rules).

H&M (https://plus.google.com/+HM/posts) also plays to their strengths on Google+ by posting "look" and outfit photos that appeal to their customers.
