Guest blogging could be a black hat SEO technique, but it depends on how you look at it and the quality of content. I think that generally, guest blogging is done for black hat purposes, but there's also a fair amount of guest blogging that's extremely high quality and is done in a ethinical, white hat manner. I

Hello

According to Matt Cutts guest blogging is a black hat if you are dealing with Low quality content. But if you are dealing with High quality content then no need to worry.
