Hi Sian,

I just normally tweet about my service and some interesting stuff which am crossing but never followed any rules,but after your post i found that am in cat on the wall thanks i need to find the best place to jump for landing on twitter

I take people seriously who have a profile . I want to know the person behind the tweets and I want to know what they do. I prefer to engage with people who also add a real picture to their profile. Thank you for raising very important points !
