Hi Fiona, It's strange the way we're all so obsessed with using social for sales and marketing, when as you say it can be such a potent customer service tool. In fact, I would say, that using social channels for CS is indirectly probably one of the best ways to market using new media. Great reminders, thanks for sharing! Niall
