In an ideal world, your business would be flourishing; and everyone would be satisfied with your products and customer service. There wouldn’t be any negative feedback about your company, people, and merchandise.
Sadly, customer complaints are not something you can avoid all the time. There will be occasions when clients get upset or become dissatisfied. It used to be that you can deal with grievances privately.
