I agree, social media is all about true engagement and interaction with other people. It's more than just auto syndicating your blog post to update your twitter and facebook statuses. You have to get in the trenches and go the extra mile to connect with others ad build relationships. Same as you would do offline. Thanks for sharing this post with our bizsugar community.
