Buffer Adds Custom Social Media Scheduling

Buffer has added "Custom Scheduling" to the toolbox. Now, whenever you set up a new link to be shared via Buffer, you have the option to schedule a specific date and time for that post.

Mike: I haven't come around and started to use Buffer yet. I am mainly using Hootsuite for (auto)scheduling tweets and following conversations on Twitter. What is Buffer adding to the social media mix, compared with Hootsuite?
