Yesterday morning at 6:20 American Airlines left a message that my flight was cancelled. They had rescheduled our flight, but I had several questions so I called the number they left on the message. I was on hold for 35 minutes when I tweeted this:

You are sight - People who handle social media are more sensitive then people offline. Especially they are trained on backfires that can happen, if you don't reply fast and handle the situation. #qantasluxury is a recent case and is still alive. BTW good experience shared by you.
