The sharing of content has really become a social act in and of itself as well as a status symbol. I liked the point about email being more personal as well. It will be interesting to see how Google+ alters the flow of content since it is inherently more personal then FB or Twitter.

I especially liked # 2. People involved in branding sometimes over-estimate their effectiveness, unless the brand is so giant it's everywhere (even then, I personally couldn't care less - but I'm a skeptic).
