Mac: I personally think that Twitter has to improve its search engine. I like the #hashtag, but in the latest version of Twitter, they have hidden the advanced search features in some strange way.
I look forward to a piece on why you should be on FriendFeed. My wild guess is that it will start to become more popular now when Facebook has acquired the company.

Shawn I have to agree it seems like Twitter has hit a tipping point where I used to have to work to get buy in then seemingly overnight the tables turned and I have had several approach me about using Twitter.

Believe it or not, Twitter is no longer a hard sell to lots of clients I deal with. Most are excited about the opportunity of adding the feature to their social media campaign.
