A very well written piece. I agree with every point, especially with giving your brand a personality. I believe this is especially important because there'e more people than just "you" who are writing about your particular subject or topic. Don't just be another "me too" writer, you have to infuse your own original and unique personality into your marketing and your content to truly stand out from the masses.
