Using social media to promote one's business can be a stressful and overwhelming experience. The constant pressure of staying on top of one’s niche to provide quality content may lead to a lack of proper physical and mental rest.

The consequences are not fun. Burnout makes life miserable while killing productivity and efficiency altogether.

Of course, there are other tips. The only efforts that don't bring good rewards are those who focus on doing social media without a plan. ;-)
