The second point resonates. Each social media platform is like a garden. You get out what you put in. If you don't water it, the flowers wilt. They don't feed themselves. That's what I'm learning.

I think the exception to that rule might be Facebook. Thanks to its post-visibility algorithm, for many gardeners, there is sometimes an out-of-sync correlation between watering the garden and the flowers growing - and not in a good way.
