As a professional blogger for two years now, I’ve actively engaged in the blogosphere and watched many writers come and go. In fact, if I had to make an educated guess, I’d venture to say that less than 10% of all blogs live to see their first birthday. Quite sad, isn’t it? So the question is why?

Great information as well; the title was a little scary to begin with, especially as mine hasn’t reached its first birthday yet! I don’t want it to disappear into the cloud of the internet, I want it to survive and thrive!

Sad but true about the short life of many blogs. I can unfortunately say that from experience. And at least one of your 10 points sinks most bloggers. Just because the platform makes it easy for everyone to publish, doesn't mean everybody will.
