I wasn't aware that if you put mention in the beginning without any character than all of your followers don't see the tweet. Good post and all the points have been covered nicely by you

Hey Lyceum! I can't name any small businesses exactly, but does it really matter? From my experience the biggest mistake I see most business owners do when they tap into SMM is that they focus on growing their following.. when instead they should focus on promoting their content with the help of social networks and making their existing visitors/customers/followers spread their content for them. And I'm afraid most people never lean that mistake and continue to focus on their follower count
