Great post, Bernd. I totally agree with you. Facing your fears and getting uncomfortable is usually when you have your biggest breakthroughs. The last quarter of 2012, I got really uncomfortable and stretched myself. It's proven to be one of the best moves I could've ever made for business. In the new year, I plan to get even more uncomfortable and I feel confident that I'll come out on the other side on top. Thanks for sharing your insights with us. I appreciate it!
