For a person to become a leader he/she has to understand who to interact with people. To become a true/great leader you have to understand yourself and be comfortable with your failings. This allows you to be authentic and increases your ability to connect with others around you and provide leadership. As those around you see this vulnerability as not a flaw but a positive.
