Last week I took members of my group coaching program through a master class on time management. It wasn’t your usual take on time management strategies though.

Hmmm, That's a good question Lyceum. David Allen comes to mind because I've read his book and implemented some of his stuff but beyond that it's just been bits and pieces I've picked up from here and there, being curious about how others do things. The time mastery side of it probably doesn't come from time management leaders, but rather from those who talk about metaphysics ant timelessness rather than time itself - Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Derek Rydall, Eckhart Tolle and the like.

No I haven't heard your podcast. Do you have a link?
