On point 1: I have studied Dr. Edwin A. Locke's goal-setting theory and have set up goals that are for my life.
On point 2: Have you used Eisenhower's matrix in order to execute goals?
On point 3: I am struggling with constant interruptions and I have to become better at saying NO! ;)
On point 4: Thanks for the "Swiss cheese" technique. I know that I have problem with procrastination now and then and the "slight edge" approach could help me to master my time in the long run.
