There's an old adage that "The Customer Is Always Right!" But, de-facto, that means that we as businesspeople are ALWAYS WRONG!
It's a policy that makes a mockery of us as business-owners, professionals and human-beings! Ir takes away our rights and dignity!
So, what's the answer?

I can inderstand what you are saying. If you look at it from a customer's point of view they often perceive they are right even if they are wrong.
I guess it is up to how each owner handles the communication and relationship.

I believe it is a fine line that we walk. At most times we can placate and massage egos, but there is that tipping point where sometimes, to save our sanity and dignity, we must say "You are Wrong!"
