When I was a kid, there was a neighborhood bully that was constantly giving me grief. One particular afternoon, my kid sister (four years my junior) decided to try out a move she'd seen on a Popeye cartoon -- and did the "wind up" punch. She cleaned the bully's clock! I'm still in awe to this day.

That's good. Whether our bullies are present, past, or in our minds (the 'you are your own worst enemy' syndrome) it is time to rise up just like that kid in Australia did last week when he body-slammed his tormenter of years to the ground.
As a kid who did have a bully when he was very young, I also find watching "Revenge of the Nerds" very cathartic!
