I don't have something in particular: Just get up, do a little exercise, take kids to school, and get ready for work watching videos/ listening to podcasts on business/personal development (Brendon Burchard, Gary Vaynerchuk, Ethan Thomas, Marie Forleo, etc.)

It means that doing something to ready yourself for the day. It includes morning routines before you get to work. It's Tony Robbins' concept :)
