Great advice Eamonn. To your question: Richard Branson and the Virgin brand come to mind - adventurous,daring to risk, extravagance, exciting to watch and observe. Another is Ivan Misner and the BNI International Brand - amongst the 25 largest franchises in the world - business networking and referrals,the father of modern networking.

Anybody can create a clever but ultimately faceless brand. Personal brands are a whole other ball game and hugely important, especially for small businesses.
