Leaders are truly trained just like soldiers but there are many factors to it like the traits but is it an advantage when you are trained and when you are not.

Leaders are truly trained. You may have the traits but without the proper knowledge and discipline, you wont become a successful leader.

I studied organization leadership during my university studies and one of my favorite thought leader on leadership, is Dr. Edwin A. Locke. I recommend that you check out his works. Do you know about any educational institutions nowadays that have specialized in training future business leaders?

I am not aware of any, although most business schools have programs in general management that teach these principles. Many large corporations, such as GE, also teach leadership in their private classes.
