I couldn't agree more. So many things are out there to take us away from being productive. I have been successful as far as taming the TV monster, but my vices still pop up from time to time elsewhere. Thanks Heather!

Tom,

Great post on self-improvement. A bit of discipline will go a long way. But another thing that makes self-improvement challenging is the sheer number of distractions. The TV is simply the most obvious of them. Show the discipline necessary to avoid these distractions and you will quickly notice improvements.
