I do not think about my competition. No two businesses are exactly the same, just like no two people are exactly the same. I believe we do business with those we know, like and trust. It’s the primary reason I encourage my clients to humanize their business.

Rachel: I hear you! I don't think about the so-called competitors. I think about the value I am creating for my customers. I am all for a competition and a free market. I will find my "piece of the pie (chart)"...
