You are very welcome. Often it stems from fear - fear of making the wrong choice; of failure; of [whatever the reason]. People can get stuck in analysis paralysis - waiting till they have all the facts, which often is never the case. Once you find out what the underlying fear is and address that - it makes it easier for the person to come to a decision.
