But why do we do it only on Valentine’s Day.
Why not do it every day.

I think we can apply this to almost any other day that's celebrated: Mother's day, Father's day, Christmas, a birthday. Why wait to the actual day to celebrate it? Why not celebrate it everyday?

Or is it that the actual day is a focal point that lots of people can be united on, a day of honouring/remembrance? Why were these days established in the first place?

Hmm.

(not saying either is right or wrong. Just wondering/thinking.)
