Excellent post! I like this Jimi guy. Seems like he would be quite adept at poetry. I like the significant other/love-letter approach to writing. Very unique.

Jimi Jones - Great Ideas on Finding your own Voice! Were you named after Jimi Hendrix? His stuff is still Way Out 40+ years later! (Like "Third Stone From the Sun", 1967 - that still blows my mind!)

Hi Businessavante.

I am a big fan of Hendrix dating back to my military days, but was not named after him. I actually changed the spelling of my name back in the 70s because of Hendrix and the then unique way of spelling it. It's become more commonplace now, although many may not know that Hendrix was the originator.

While on the subject I suddenly have the urge to hear "Crosstown Traffic". :-)
