When you see yourself as a wounded person, coping with depression is a way of life. If you were to become a truly happy person, your sense of self would have to radically change. If you truly want to be happy, you have to learn to see the long-term big picture. You have to reach for a better future, laugh more, feel more, smell the flowers and the coffee and, if you are inspired to do so, help others get through what you’ve been through. Thanks for sharing.
