The stories going on in your head, whether or not you are conscious of them, set the tone for your entire life. Odds are you have the same five or six stories repeating themselves over and over again and you are not even conscious of them. The fact is your stories, or the conversations you have with yourself, affect every single result you receive from everything you do.
