Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about eleven (11) things they did not and will not learn in school. These lessons are at least as valuable in business as in other areas of life.

Like Kramer said about Jerry - "He has a Peter Pan complex".

Two things I Did hear in high school were:
1.-From my 9th grade Biology teacher - if we were really destined to be a genius, 90% of what we contribute would be pre age 25 - and that we'd then spend the rest of our life trying unsuccessfully to repeat it.
2.-Via my 12th grade chemistry teacher as to what he told us he told our parents on Parent/Teacher day - everyone thinks their kid is a genius, but in truth - most of you are really just "average".
I loved it at the time - straight talk, not the usual BS we're told as kids.
