Thanks Duncan, appreciate the article feedback. How did your visualisation go? ;-) I think that distractions are all around us and that it is important for us to be aware that some of the things that take us "off-track", although we may not refer to them as "distractions" but as "opportunities" are in fact, derailing us; it is all about balance.
